This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed for orders placed on inayastylehub.com. It works alongside our Return Policy, which sets out when an item is eligible for return.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund when:
- Your return has been received and approved by our quality team per the Return Policy
- Your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before processing/shipment)
- An item is defective, damaged, or wrong, and reported within 48 hours of delivery
- We are unable to fulfill or ship your order for any reason
2. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days):
- Approval: You'll receive an email confirming refund approval.
- Initiation: Refund is initiated from our side within 1–3 business days of approval.
- Bank crediting time depends on your payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: 7–10 business days via bank transfer
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible:
- UPI / Net Banking → original UPI ID or bank account
- Credit / Debit Card → original card
- Wallet payments → original wallet
- Cash on Delivery → bank transfer to the account details you provide (we'll request these via email)
Refunds cannot be issued to a different person or different account from the original payer.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items returned with minor signs of try-on (still within return conditions)
- Items missing minor accessories (blouse piece, fall, tassels, etc.)
- Items returned after 7 days but within 14 days at our sole discretion (in select cases)
5. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- For defective, damaged, or wrong items: shipping charges are fully refunded along with the product cost.
- If you opted for Cash on Delivery, the COD handling fee (if any) is non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement: 100% refund.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment: full refund minus a 2% payment-gateway charge.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process after delivery.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeline:
- Check your bank account / UPI app once more.
- Contact your card issuer or bank — refund processing time on their end may vary.
- If 10 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received it, email refunds@inayastylehub.com with your order number and our refund acknowledgement so we can investigate with our payment partner.
8. Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale at more than 40% off are non-refundable unless defective. Sale-eligibility status is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
