We want you to love every Inaaya piece. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and authenticity certificates intact
- Free from stains, marks, perfume, makeup, body odor, or any signs of use
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (including blouse stitching alterations)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Sale items discounted by more than 40% (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@inayastylehub.com or call +91 97775 73498 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- You'll receive a return authorization and pickup/shipping instructions within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Hand over to our pickup partner (where available) or ship via a tracked courier to the return address we provide.
- Share the tracking number with us by email so we can monitor the return.
4. Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or wrong items: we arrange free reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns or size issues: customer bears the return shipping cost.
- We recommend India Post Speed Post or any tracked courier service. Untracked shipments are at the customer's risk.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the item, our quality team inspects it within 3 business days. You'll be notified by email of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is processed per our Refund Policy. If rejected (for failing return conditions), we'll ship the item back to you at your cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Initiate a return for the original item, and place a fresh order for the replacement size or product. This ensures faster delivery of your new piece. For assistance, contact us directly.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
