1. About us

"Inaya Style Hub", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Inaya Style Hub, operating from Ground Floor, Plot No. 946/947, Tala Balianta, Near Vasant Bhawan Apartment, Balianta, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 752101. "You" and "your" refer to the user of this website.

2. Use of the website

• You agree to use this website only for lawful personal purposes — buying products, browsing the collection, contacting us.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or overload the website.
• All content (images, copy, product descriptions, the Inaaya brand and logo) is the intellectual property of Inaya Style Hub and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Products & pricing

• All products are handcrafted by artisans. Minor variations in colour, pattern, and weave are part of the craft and are not defects.
• Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor, lighting and photography differences.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price that applies to your order.

4. Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email, and the contract is formed when we accept it.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net-banking and supported wallets.
• Card details are never seen or stored by us.

5. Shipping & delivery

• We ship pan-India via Shiprocket and its courier partners. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your pincode — typically 3–7 business days for metros, 5–10 for non-metros.
• Free shipping applies to orders above ₹5000. Below this threshold, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies.
• Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by SMS / email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or government action, but we will help follow up.
• International shipping is available on selected destinations on request — please contact us before placing the order.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Please see our dedicated Return Policy and Refund Policy for full details. In short:

• Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in unworn and unaltered condition with original tags and packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Customised pieces, blouses stitched to measure, and clearance items are non-returnable.

7. Account & security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (if applicable) confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inaya Style Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inaya Style Hub, its directors, employees and partners against any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the Effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
