Inaya Style Hub is a retailer of authentic, handcrafted Indian apparel — sarees, 3-piece suits, cord sets, and kurties — operating from Bhubaneswar, Odisha and founded in September 2025. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to Inaya Style Hub.

• All products are handcrafted; slight variations in pattern, weave, and color are characteristics of authentic handloom — not defects.
• Product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and natural dye variations.
• We make every effort to display accurate measurements; please review the size guide before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Your order is processed at the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.

4. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and to select international destinations.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier conditions, and customs (for international orders).
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Re-shipping costs for incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
